Pollentia Rentals was first set up by us in 2016 as a department in a local estate agency. We then purchased the company in summer 2019. Over the past years we have grown into an established rental and property management agency, retaining our small business philosophy of offering a completely personal service combined with a commitment to only working with properties we would stay in ourselves. We are delighted that many owners and guests find us through word-of-mouth recommendation. But we also update our website regularly and use the latest platforms and technology to maximise visibility. Charlie, originally from Richmond, Surrey, comes from a background of linguistics and marketing, now primarily is responsible for the guest relations side of the rental business. Charlie has also set up Pollentia Renovations, but more on this later! Ben, from Nottingham, has worked exclusively in the hospitality sector, both in the UK and here in Mallorca. Having run restaurants and pubs in Alcudia, he decided to apply the experience and knowledge to the holiday rental market. Ben handles the reservations and all the stuff that no one sees. The property management work is overseen by both of us.
