This beautiful second floor apartment is in the brand new Pollentia Mar block, just two minutes´ from the sea in Puerto Pollensa
There is a charming terrace with a table and chairs for two, which overlooks the communal pool, and characterful apartments. There is even a cheeky view of the sea!
Step inside and the apartment is light, airy and in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and the well-designed sitting room/dining area is open plan. The sofa is a comfortable place to chill out and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a busy day at the beach or by the pool.
There are two bedrooms. The delightful double bedroom has two wardrobes, a real plus if your partner is less tidy than you! It has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower
Bedroom number two is versatile, with a single bed and a second pull-out single. There is also enough space for a travel cot, so it could be used for an adult, a child, a baby, or perhaps as a quiet space to read or work. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower
Pollentia Mar is a very clean and secure apartment block - it has a locked central entrance as well as a second locked entrance to each block. There are lifts as well as stairs to the second floor.
The communal area is extremely well maintained, with a lovely pool and outdoor shower. There are 40 apartments in total so it is large enough to meet new people, whilst being a peaceful place for you to enjoy your holiday
Pollentia Mar is a stone´s throw from excellent restaurants and bars, and street parking is available, although a car is not essential.
This is the perfect choice for a couple travelling, or a small family

A fab apartment. Very modern, clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and so many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk away. Pool was cleaned daily and is a good size. Pollentia Rentals we’re very helpful, especially Ben who would always see more

Both stays were thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment itself is of a good size and is light and airy - with lots of natural light from the Majorcan sun. The private pool within the complex was an added bonus. It was often quiet with onetwo couplesfamilies relaxing, sunbathingenjoying a cool down in the pool.
On both occasions, the apartment was clean and well equipped with modern furnishings - like a home from home. The welcome pack was really useful and had lots of useful information on the apartment itself, as well as recommended places to eat/ drink, and things to do/ see in the local area. It really helped us to settle in from the get go. The apartment is one street back from the sea front of puerto pollensa so the beach and main strip are literally a two minute walk as you step out of the apartment block. The area of puerto pollensa is beautiful. Being in a port, the sea is calm, making it perfect for young children to enjoy playing in the sea,older children and adults to try paddle boardingto go swimming. The delightful “Pine Walk” was a daily late afternoon/ evening occurrence for myself. This would always include me stopping off at the stunning Hotel Illador (out of my price range) for a beertwo to wind down. There are an abundance of traditional Spanish restaurants, bars, cafes and quirky shops within walking distance of the apartment. My daughter particularly enjoyed playing and making friends with other children on the two beach play areas along the sea front. There is loads to do in Majorca. Myself and my daughter went to Marineland (we did this on a day trip which I arranged through an excursion organiser on the strip) and we also went on a boat trip which included paella, soft drinks, alcohol drinks and entertainment (one of the crew played guitar and sang). We stopped off on three occasions (one stop at a beach and two stops out at sea) and were given time to go for a swim (snorkelling and paddle boarding gear provided)to relax on the beachthe boat. Me and my friend went horse riding at Ses Roques which is in the next town of Alcudia. We hired bicycles for a day and enjoyed to the next town along of Alcudia. There is an array of activities to enjoy for all ages - whether you are travelling with friends, as a family,as a single parent with young children. I’d highly recommend this accommodation - it is modern, it has everything you need , it is perfectly located and it is very well priced for what it offers. I can’t wait to come back again! |

The apartment is very clean, modern and well looked after. It has all the amenities you would need, including towels you can use for the pool. One of the bathrooms has a bath, which is great if you have younger children with you. The pool is an added bonus and was used daily by the kids! Charlie was very helpful and responsive with any queries we had. Thank you for a lovely stay.
