This ground floor apartment has a communal pool and is in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a 2 minute stroll to Llenaire beach The apartment is one in a block of just nine. As it is conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is direct access from the apartment terrace to the communal pool and garden. The pool also has a separate, shallow children's area. The community rules state that the pool area must not be used between 3 and 5pm, during the siesta time. We kindly ask you to respect this, Thank you! Inside the apartment, there is an open-plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a large Smart TV and a dining area. There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space next to the apartment if you do decide to hire a car. This property ticks a lot of boxes.
