Rota de Morell has breathtaking views of Pollensa town and the stunning countryside and is just a 10 minute drive to Pollensa old town and 15 minutes from some of the best beaches in Mallorca
Step outside into a wonderful lawned garden, with a gated swimming pool and a pretty terrace which is just great for sunbathing - we love the custom-made sunloungers.
Pool heating is available in the cooler months at a cost of €270 per week, with three days´notice.
There is also a charming covered terrace on two sides of the house where guests can enjoy two dining areas and an outdoor kitchen. What a place to cook!
On the ground floor this luxury villa has an incredible sitting room with an enormous circular wood burner and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The villa has six bedrooms and is perfect for up to twelve guests. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin on the ground floor, all with beautiful bedding, vibrant Mediterranean colours and ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor you will find an impressive master suite which has its own bathroom in the bedroom and WC (which we struggled to find at first!). There are also two twin rooms - perfect for children - which share a bathroom with a mini shower. The kids will love it!
This is a home-from-home luxury country villa to rent in Pollensa, with a serious wow factor. Rota de Morell is highly recommended for guests looking for somewhere calm and peaceful in a simply stunning location.
