Situated in the heart of Pollensa old town, Can Williams is a typical Mallorcan townhouse
With wooden beams, terracotta tiles, white-washed walls (metres thick), and many charming nooks and crannies, the owners have worked hard to create a comfortable, stylish holiday house in Pollensa.
The ground floor is open-plan. It has a good-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and very cool lighting. It is well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and two coffee machines! There is also a dining room that seats four guests and a hall which is perfect for bike storage if you are a keen cyclist.
Upstairs on the first floor there is a cozy sitting room, with a relaxing Mediterranean colour scheme and a smart TV so you can chill out on the sofa after a day on the beach, or perhaps exploring the island.
The house has two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor and on the second floor there is a master bedroom, which has a TV and an en-suite with a separate bath and shower.
Not to be missed is the pretty roof terrace on the top floor with spectacular views over the town. You can have your evening aperitif up there and as the benches convert into sun loungers, you can also sunbathe up there during the day.
This townhouse comes highly recommended. It is a perfect holiday property for two couples sharing, or a family of up to 5 as there is also a sofa bed.

Thank you! We had a lovely time. The location is great, a hidden find - and the wine in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. We enjoyed exploring the markets and the bars which were so close. We hope the next guests enjoy it as much as we did!

We had a fantastic stay in Pollensa, The apartment was very close to the centre of the town yet was surprisingly quiet at night. The space was beautifully decorated and cool which was a welcome relief to the August heat! We thoroughly enjoyed eating see more

The space was beautifully decorated and cool which was a welcome relief to the August heat! We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning and watching the stars in the evening. The bottle of wine and the welcome pack on arrival were a lovely touch. We would highly recommend staying in Casa Williams and hope to be back again soon!

Most of all you will love closing the wooden door behind you and stepping onto the village street to make it to the pilgrimage steps and the church just around the corner

We, 2 couples, had a very nice stay in Pollença. The house is located in the old town, which was great for us, because we often went out for dinner in the evening. So we did not have to move the car. But the kitchen is usable. Everything there what ysee more
We, 2 couples, had a very nice stay in Pollença. The house is located in the old town, which was great for us, because we often went out for dinner in the evening. So we did not have to move the car. But the kitchen is usable. Everything there what you need. The two bedrooms are different in size. The smaller one has also only one bed with 1.40m. In the winter it is cold also on Majorca, therefore the air conditioners, which are in the house, were important to heat. Parking in Pollença is difficult, respectively one has to park in the public parking places... at the edge of the city. About 7 min walking distance from the house. The communication with Charlie was great! Very courteous and fast. We definitely recommend the house
