This is a charming townhouse in the historic centre of Pollensa
Casa Maria is built over two storeys with an open plan living/dining room on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen with a splendid large window overlooking the charming patio and the pool. This home-from-home townhouse has a wonderful light, fresh feel with some charming touches, including white-washed wooden beams.
The patio is easily accessible from the living space and is bursting with charm. There is a cosy seating area, ideal for breakfast and deckchairs where you can sit back and enjoy your holiday. The Jacuzzi plunge pool is a delightful feature which can be heated on request.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master double bedroom has a lovely view of the pool and garden, a huge walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom has pretty views of traditional Mallorcan houses and its own modern bathroom. The third bedroom is a large single which also has its own bathroom. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and stylishly decorated.
This townhouse is ideal for a family or small group of friends looking to enjoy life in the heart of Pollensa old town within easy walking distance of all the charming cafés and restaurants.
Please advise when booking if you would like the pool to be heated. There is an extra charge for this service which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Well appointed house and quite homely. Excellent air-conditioning throughout with downstairs being very cool without its use.

Disappointed with quality of towels
Cleaners had not put mattress protectors on beds or left beach towels out. Protecters were delivered but only towels the second week, I had purchased some by that time

It is such a shame you didn't mention the missing beach towels sooner they would have been delivered the same time as the mattress protectors.

Nothing to fault about the accommodation at all! Great location and a fab holiday home. Great outside space with pool. Recommend! Parking in the car park in the centre of town not an issue for us.

We loved the location, the furnishing especially the artwork chosen, the coolness of the house which meant we didn’t even need to use air conditioning all the time. The plunge pool is really great and the main bedroom is very comfortable. And Ben wassee more

The ants.. We hadn’t had a problem in our previous rental, it feels there is an ongoing issue in kitchen and one of the bedrooms. And the second bedroom could have a more comfortable bed. The small bedroom’s bed was much more comfortable than the secsee more
