Casa Pageses is a delightful townhouse in a picture perfect road parallel to the famous Calvario steps in Pollensa old town
The townhouse was recently completely renovated to the highest possible standard. The layout is clever and very comfortable and the decor is stylish, as reflected in the finishing touches such as the framed photos of local scenes and beautiful lighting.
We love the outdoor areas in this townhouse! Step through the living room doors and enjoy a very pretty dining terrace. A few steps up and there is a glistening plunge pool with sun loungers and a third level takes you to a pretty terrace with outdoor sofas. The ideal place to relax with a book.
The ground floor is open plan. It has a very welcoming and relaxing Mediterranean feel and includes a cozy seating area with a large TV and a wood burning stove. There is a brand new modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with a generous breakfast bar, as well as a utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are three beautiful double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed, en-suite bathroom and opens out onto a terrace with access to the pool. The other two rooms are equally inviting, with 160cm beds. They share a bathroom
You may not want to leave this townhouse with its charming features and delightful outdoor space. But if you can tear yourself away, Pollensa town is bursting with little bars and candlelit restaurants, plus a bustling Sunday market and the golden sand beaches of Pollensa Bay are a 7km drive or bike ride.
This townhouse is ideal for a couple, a family or group of friends looking to experience life in the heart of one of Mallorca's most desirable villages. It is also available for longer stays and perfect for 'working from home.
Please note: this townhouse is available for weekly holiday rentals in July and August. In other months, the minimal rental period is four weeks. Please ask for the monthly prices and services offered.

We love stopping in this little Villa. It’s perfectly situated to walk in to the old town and eat at one of the lovely restaurants in the square.
Parking is a little tricky and is a gamble to park outside but the walk through the town form the car see more

Parking is a little tricky and is a gamble to park outside but the walk through the town form the car park is delightful. Driving on the narrow town roads is a challenge if only because you don’t want to damage these beautiful buildings. The property is always clean and the facilities are fantastic for our small family. The air conditioning and pool are welcome treats after a hot day. The team at Pollentia Rentals are quick to help if something goes a little wayward. We will be stopping here again and possibly again and again and again. |

We’ve just returned home having spent 6 amazing weeks in Pollenca staying in Casa Pageses. The house is beautifully designed, maximising space without compromising on comfort and style.

We’ve just returned home having spent 6 amazing weeks in Pollenca staying in Casa Pageses. The house is beautifully designed, maximising space without compromising on comfort and style.
The location is perfect, literally seconds from the cypress lined Calveri Steps and a two minute walk to the main square and many beautiful restaurants, bars and pretty shops. The towns people are very welcoming and indeed we felt like locals in no time at all. There are several beaches in the area , our favourite being at Formentor - the drive is spectacular! Never short of activities , things to do , and places to visit - all within relatively easy reach . Deia and Valldemossa are both beautiful and well worth a visit to the west of the island. If you do visit Deia, it’s worth seeing if you can sneak in a reservation to Ca’s Patro March - the restaurant in The Night Manager. Although try booking before you leave for holiday ! We should definitely not complete this review without a special thank you to both Charlie and Ben of Pollentia Rentals. Charlie is an amazing lady - full of energy and enthusiasm about absolutely everything ! She will answer literally any question you might have , ( from dustpans to birthday parties!) quickly and efficiently and is unbelievably helpful … we cannot thank you enough for ensuring our stay was an absolutely delightful experience! |
