Villa Llum is a beautiful townhouse just a 2 minute walk from the main square in Pollensa old town. Llum means light in Catalan and this is a wonderfully light and airy holiday villa
The owners of this rental property have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The highlight is the charming, large patio with a dining area, barbecue and sun loungers plus an impressive 9 x 3 metre swimming pool (a very good size for a Pollensa townhouse). And if you want some mountain views, just pop up to the roof terrace!
On the ground floor the stylish sitting room really does blend the traditional with the contemporary. This leads to a spacious open-plan designer kitchen/dining area. The furniture and fittings are all very high quality and have been carefully sourced from boutiques across Europe

This holiday property can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 very tastefully decorated bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, 3 doubles on the middle floor, two can be turned into twin bedrooms, and one of them has its own terrace. The master suite is on the top floor. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and exceptionally comfortable.
Within very easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants, cafés and bars and yet offering plenty of outdoor space, this villa offers the perfect mix of days by the pool, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. We were three generations of one family away for a week and the Villa was ideal. My parents (in their late 70’s) used the downstairs bedroom which has easy access to the pool area. Everyone was always scattered around the house. It is so big that noisee more
We were three generations of one family away for a week and the Villa was ideal. My parents (in their late 70’s) used the downstairs bedroom which has easy access to the pool area. Everyone was always scattered around the house. It is so big that noise does not travel and so we all had great sleep without being disturbed by my teenage kids coming in late at nightmy parents up early in the morning. Ideal. The location is central and Pollensa is on the doorsteps. It is extremely attractive and has great shops and restaurants. The pool area is impressive. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful week.

Excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay in Pollenca. Beautiful town, great location of the Villa and a nicely planed house that worked so well for 3 families age 7 to 73. No rental car needed, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will see more

Stunning house in an amazing location! Literally 2 streets away from the square in Pollensa old town! Polllentia Rentals was brilliant at providing info before arrival. Directions spot on and the welcome pack included a bottle of wine, crisps and milsee more

Cooking equipment was very well provided and the essentials like salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar were in the cupboard. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!

We used the townhouse as a base for the 312 race in late April bringing all our partners as well as a toddler (10 adults total). It was a perfect stay, the villa was immaculately clean, very spacious and perfectly located, with sun on the garden untisee more

Communication with Pollentia Rentals was very good with quick responses as well as useful tips (e.g. car hire and airport transfers where they take transfer bikes). 10/10 would stay again!
