This is an extraordinary mansion which sleeps 20 guests in a quiet residential area overlooking the stunning bay of Alcudia
Surrounded by private land, wonderful gardens and lawns, Los Leones is just a few metres from two of the most beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water.
The outdoor space is stunning. The saltwater swimming pool (20 x 8 metres) is just perfect for cooling off on a hot, sunny day, or you can relax in the jacuzzi (suitable for up to 8 people), or have a refreshing drink at the wet bar. There is also a shower and a changing area and bathroom in the pool area.
In addition there are over 1,000 square metres of stunning terraces, some covered and others with motorised awnings. The outdoor dining area seats 20 and there is another covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a wooden playground for the younger members in your party.
To add to the chilled ambience on the terraces there is a SONOS music system throughout.
This main house is contemporary and has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished to create a luxurious, yet relaxing environment. The oak flooring, light colours and bespoke furniture add an extra special touch.
Equipped to a very high standard, there is a 60" TV with home cinema, blu-ray and satellite. In addition, there are TVs in all the rooms. The first-floor attic makes an ideal play area for youngsters and the SONOS music system is also available throughout the house.
The property has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen which has its own wine fridge, as well as an outdoor kitchen for barbecues and alfresco dining.
The property sleeps 20 guests in the main house and in the separate annexe. In keeping with the rest of the house, the bedrooms are spacious and modern and all have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom deserves a special mention because, in addition to its own living room, office area and dressing room, it has a first-floor private terrace, overlooking the sea, with incredible views of Formentor and the bay of Pollensa.
