Finca Es Rafal Antic is a charming holiday villa on the outskirts of the pretty hilltop village of Büger, just a short drive from Pollensa and Alcudia and a 20 minute drive from some of the best beaches on the island
Dating back hundreds of years, Es Rafal Antic was originally the place where the farm animals slept or took shelter. The villa has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard and retains many of its original features.
The outdoor space is exceptional and guests who choose this holiday villa love the huge lawn, the inviting pool, the pretty stone terrace and the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor kitchen and dining area are straight out of a magazine! It really is an ´I could live here forever´ type of holiday villa and is absolutely perfect for a romantic break.
Inside there is a spacious sitting room with a TV and lovely views of the garden, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa sleeps six. There are two spacious twin bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and an annexe sleeps a further two guests in a double room in more secluded accommodation away from the main house. For families holidaying with children stair guards are provided to keep young children safe.
The village of Büger is quiet even in the height of summer. It has a couple of small bars, an excellent bakery and a small weekly market.
This really is a delightful holiday villa and is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
A deposit will be taken on arrival to cover the rubbish and recycling during your stay. The local village has very strict rules!!
