Aptly named Casa Joya (meaning jewel) is a magnificent holiday rental villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa village.
Casa Joya is a beautifully decorated, recently fully renovated, generous four-bedroom single storey house. Ideal for a large family or two families sharing, there are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers.
The living and dining room are open plan, very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Enjoy comfortable white sofas, an open fire and superb garden views. The smart kitchen has every possible appliance and leads out to a covered terrace and BBQ area.
Botanists will love the mature garden, bursting with flowers and a wonderful soft lawn (not easy to achieve in Mallorca!) The garden is at the front of the house and includes a calm seating area.
The very inviting, sparkling blue, kidney shaped pool is located to the rear of the house, along with a wonderful outdoor dining area, a choice of electric or charcoal BBQ and sun loungers. Sit back, soak up some rays and relax to the sound of birds singing
Secured with electronic gates, the villa feels private and safe. There is fast WiFi thoughtout, AC and heating making it a truly comfortable choice for a holiday at any time of the year
