It is literally carved into the rock. In fact the garage really could be featured in a James Bond movie!
The luxury holiday villa has a huge amount of natural light and 360 degree views of the nearby beaches at Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and of Pollensa town.
Built over three floors, the villa was completed to the highest possible standards and sleeps 7 guests
Starting on the lower level of this stunning holiday villa there is a parking area for several cars. From here a lift takes you up into the house - huge wow factor - and ideal for guests who are less mobile. The lift gives access to all floors of the villa
On the first floor, the villa has a beautifully sunny living room with super comfortable designer furniture and impressive artwork
The living room opens out onto a sun-drenched terrace and an impressive infinity pool, 15.5 by 2.5 metres. The pool can be heated (additional cost applies) The pool has a glass side which overlooks the garage area.
Outside there is a stylish, comfortable seating area/chill out space and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, relaxing lunches and dinners cooked on the state-of-the-art gas barbecue. Also on this floor there is an indoor dining area which seats eight
The designer kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
In addition there is a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor which is ideal for kids, a nanny or your private chef
On the top floor there is one double bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, one twin room, with en-suite bathroom and a master suite (180cm bed) with en-suite bathroom. This is a superb villa. It is every bit as good as the pictures suggest. The design is super contemporary and the fit and finish is at a very high level. The outside eating area was our favourite space and the pool was perfect with a magnificent view. In fact you could spend a year here and never tire of the view over Pollença and surrounding areas. Everything you reasonably need is provided and works well. Just bear in mind there is literally nothing within walking distance. We felt the restaurant selection and standard was better in Pollenca than Puerto Pollenca but the beach there was only 15 minutes away with fairly easy parking. Provided you don't mind not walking to anywhere from the villa, we would unreservedly recommend the Rock Villa.

The outside eating area was our favourite space and the pool was perfect with a magnificent view. In fact you could spend a year here and never tire of the view over Pollença and surrounding areas. Villa Joya is a beautiful villa in easy walking distance to Pollensa, with a private pool and stunning garden Aptly named Casa Joya (meaning jewel) is a magnificent holiday rental villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa village. Casa Joya is a beautifully decorated, fully renovated, spacious four-bedroom, house. Single storey, the villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers. The living and dining room are open plan, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Enjoy sumptuous white sofas, a wood burning fire and superb garden views. The elegant kitchen has every possible appliance and leads out to a covered terrace and BBQ area. Botanists will love the mature garden, bursting with flowers and a wonderful soft lawn (not easy to achieve in Mallorca!)
