The villa is surrounded by beautiful lawns and outdoor space which make for perfect family holidays. The pool is larger than average (12 x 4 metres) and has a built in jacuzzi which make it even more inviting. It is a very peaceful location and the views of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains are stunning.
Guests have a choice of covered dining terraces: one is off the kitchen and has a built-in barbecue and its own lemon, orange and lime trees - perfect for your gin and tonic! The other dining terrace is off the sitting room and overlooks the pool and garden. Take your pick! You can also have a game on the outdoor pool table
Tastefully furnished with many original features, this holiday villa is immaculate and impeccably maintained. The ground floor is open plan and has a large, comfortable sitting room, dining room, a library and for our musical guests there is a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped
Villa Mateu accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. There is a double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who might prefer not to use the stairs. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom has stunning 90 degree views and an ensuite bathroom complete with an oval jacuzzi bath, and a walk-in shower. There are also two charming twin rooms which share a bathroom.
The villa is just 4 kms from Pollensa old town and 3 kms from Puerto Pollensa with its family-friendly, golden beaches. Both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa have a wide range of good restaurants, cafés and bars. There is also a bustling market on a Sunday in Pollensa and on a Tuesday in Puerto Pollensa.
This charming villa really does tick all the boxes. It is the perfect holiday villa for families with young children or teenagers, families holidaying with grandparents or for groups of friends.

La Vinyeta is a charming villa in the leafy residential area of La Font just outside Pollensa town A traditional stone country house which has been recently renovated, it is in the heart of the countryside, yet it is easy to reach (with its striking yellow signage!) The garden has a huge lawn and a gated swimming pool which can be heated (charged at €300 per week). There is also a playground area including swings, a seesaw and lots of wildlife! Located in peaceful La Font, it has wonderful mountain views and is less than a five minute drive to Pollensa old town Without doubt the highlight of this villa in Pollensa is the outdoor area. There is a magnificent salt water swimming pool, 9.5 x 4.5 metres, a large well-kept lawn, orange and lemon trees, and a table tennis area. It even has a small football pitch with goal posts to entertain the more energetic members in your party! There is a built-in barbecue and a huge table under a covered terrace. You will also love the 360 degree views from the roof terrace. Furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, this holiday villa has a cosy, open-plan living room with satellite TV and a dining area.
