Can Sessanta is a luxury villa in the exclusive, residential area of El Vila. It has spectacular sea views and a lovely pool, just five minutes´ drive from Puerto Pollensa
Modernised in 2018, the house is in perfect condition and has some beautiful paintings and sculptures. The outdoor space is exceptional. The highlight is an enormous terrace overlooking Puerto Pollensa bay. Have lunch under the wonderful pergola whilst watching the boats on the glistening Mediterranean sea, or have a cool drink in the comfortable seating area.
The pool is an oasis with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and a lawn.
Inside, the sitting room is large and very welcoming and there is a separate area for watching TV as well as an office if you need to catch up with a spot of work. The kitchen is very well equipped
There are four large bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite bathroom; a standard double bedroom with a 140cm bed and an en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with a 180cm bed and a bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a fifth bedroom on the lower floor next to the pool which has a lovely, contemporary en-suite bathroom and would be just perfect for grandparents.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans
