This is an opportunity to stay in a traditional Mallorcan house which has been a family home for several generations
Close to Pollensa, within walking distance of Puerto Pollensa and its golden sandy beaches (about 20/25 minutes), Villa Papalaia s in a very peaceful location.
Guests love the swimming pool (12m x 5m) and the outdoor space. There are two covered dining terraces and a large area around the pool which is perfect for sunbathing. Adjacent to the main kitchen is an outdoor kitchenette, complete with a traditional bread/pizza oven and a built-in barbecue. The garden is bursting with mature, colourful Mediterranean plants.
Built in traditional style with many charming features, original terracotta tiles and metre thick walls, the holiday property is naturally very cool. There is a comfortable sitting room, a generous open-plan living/dining room and a new, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and a small single bedroom.. On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom with 180cm bed. This room is linked to a single bedroom which is ideal for a young child. These two rooms share a bathroom with a new walk-in shower with wheelchair access. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a sunken bath and on the other side of the house there are 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and a shared bathroom. A sofa bed is available for larger groups.
This holiday villa to rent is ideal for a large group of friends, two families looking to spend quality time together, or groups of cyclists.

It is absolutely ideal for a larger family or for two families on holiday together. It even has its own lookout tower! (atalaya in Spanish). Outside there are two large terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
