There is a fantastic lawn for children to play on, sunny terraces and a covered dining terrace complete with a built-in barbecue.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen/breakfast room and a separate utility room with washing machine. Double doors lead from the living room to a lovely outdoor terrace.
This family-friendly holiday villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There is a double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor and upstairs on the first floor there are three twin bedrooms which share a bathroom - the bathrooms were completely renovated in 2019. The first floor also has a terrace.
This delightful villa is ideal for guests who want a pool and also want to be within easy walking distance to the beach. There are several very good restaurants minutes away, so you can eat out without having to drive home.
