Outside there is a pretty, well kept garden and the pool is perfect for enjoying a cool swim on those warm, sunny Mediterranean days. You can also enjoy a spot of sunbathing on the pool terrace. And for your al fresco dining, there is a lovely, shaded dining area next to the pool for family lunches or dinners.
This property is built on one level and offers comfortable, modern open-plan living space with tasteful, neutral decor. There is a large sitting room with satellite TV in the language of your choice, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast bar and a separate utility room.
